Planning and Building Control :


RPI Design has much experience with the planning & building control process. Over the past eight years, we have worked with all of the local Boroughs within a 25 mile radius of our practice, as well as many others further afield.

We have worked on hundreds of applications including:

- listed building consent applications
- permission to display advertisements' applications
- planning appeals

and a wide variety of building control applications.

We maintain positive working links with local Structural Engineers and Building Control Consultants, and have worked with the same two companies over several years.
